The beautiful thing about website design is the tools we use for it are changing so fast that we can do things now we never thought possible. From responsive sites, to animations, the possibilities are endless. This is why it is important more than ever to have a strong background in the idea of "Design." In my mind, web design is no different than logo, or graphic design. They need to all incorporate the same principles of design that Wolfgang Weingart, Paul Rand, and many other giants established before me.

Designing a logo can be one of the greatest challenges a designer faces, but it can also be the most rewarding. Each of these logos on this page represent years of patience and practice of my craft. I also feel like no explanation is needed and these can tell their own story.

One can tend to "geek out" on a particular subject if they know enough about it. Branding a product or a service is one of those things that I absolutely love working with. What is the message? What is the goal? How will the logo evoke that message and goal? How will the website tie into the print material? What about trade shows or conferences? If someone is using a powerpoint slide, how will the brand come across? What is the marketing message in an email? What social aspects should we approach?
All of these questions provide a challenge that I love to tackle. Coming up with the solution to this challenge is perhaps my favorite time to "geek out."
